AESTHETIC DUO

From cult French oil and vinegar brand OLEA PIA, the most aesthetically pleasing duo of ‘Bimbo’, an Italian extra virgin olive oil, and a ‘balsamique rosé’ vinegar. The delicately-flavoured oil is lightly fruity with notes of hazelnut and almond – perfect for salads and sauces – while the unique rosé balsamic would make a delicious vinaigrette, with its notes of peaches and apples – or even better, with oysters!
