200g Blackmount – an ash-covered pyramid of soft, smooth and complex goat’s cheese from Lanarkshire.
raw / goat / vegetarian rennet
200g St Andrews Farmhouse Cheddar – a tangy, sharp traditional farmhouse cheddar from Fife.
raw / cow / traditional rennet
180g Maida Vale – a semi-soft buttery and tangy cheese with a deep orange rind washed in Treason IPA. Produced by Village Maid Dairy, Berkshire.
raw / cow / vegetarian rennet
180g Baron Bigod – a traditional Brie-de-Meaux style cheese from Fen Farm Dairy, Suffolk. Nutty, mushroomy rind with a silky oozing breakdown.
pasteurised / cow / traditional rennet
150g Coolorange – a spicy, earthy blue cheese with added annatto providing its striking orange colour.

180g Cáis na Tíre – a hard sheep’s milk cheese with slightly sweet, caramel-like qualities – almost like an Irish version of Manchego. Produced by Barry and Lorraine Cahalan in County Tipperary.

At present, cheese boxes are available for collection only from our Bushmills shop. Just select a date from the drop-down menu above.
All cut-and-wrapped cheese is best eaten within 7 days (unless stated otherwise on the producer’s label). Make sure you leave your cheese to come to room temperature before serving.
If an item becomes unavailable, we will substitute it for one of a similar style, quality and value. Unfortunately, we can’t replace any goods with a preferred item unless you tell us about a dietary requirement at check-out (ie. gluten-free, pregnancy, vegetarian).
